Heritage Landing
Heritage Landing Clubhouse and Amenity Buildings is a multi-building recreational and hospitality complex completed in 2025 in Southwest Florida. The scope includes a central clubhouse with commercial kitchen and dining, fitness center with spa amenities, tennis center, pro shop and cart barn, and an open-air chickee-style bar pavilion. The project was designed by South Florida Architecture to support community-scale circulation, operational efficiency, and Florida Building Code compliance. Structures incorporate durable coastal materials, shaded outdoor spaces, and programmatic separation to enhance user flow and long-term functionality.
