Ixora Luxury Residence

Ixora Luxury Residence is a custom contemporary single-family home designed by South Florida Architecture. The multi-level layout organizes primary living spaces around a central courtyard and integrated pool feature, creating a private indoor–outdoor core. The design incorporates flat roof planes, deep overhangs, stone veneer cladding, large-format glazing, covered lanais, and rooftop terraces. Interior programming includes a primary suite, guest accommodations, theater, open-concept kitchen and great room, and multiple garage bays. The project advanced through full construction documentation and detailing, representing a complete residential architectural scope.
