Daniels Creek Clubhouse

Currently in the pre-construction phase, Daniels Creek Clubhouse was designed by South Florida Architecture to serve as the focal point of a new residential community along Daniels Parkway in Lee County, Florida. The planned 11,068-square-foot facility will provide residents with a central hub for recreation, fitness, and community gatherings.

The single-story design features a spacious multipurpose hall, fitness center with dedicated aerobics studios, conference room, offices, and a social lounge, all organized around a breezeway that connects to an outdoor pavilion and resort-style pool deck. The layout promotes flexibility, durability, and seamless indoor-outdoor interaction, key hallmarks of South Florida Architecture’s approach to amenity design.

Once complete, Daniels Creek Clubhouse will offer a balanced mix of function and refinement, enhancing the lifestyle and visual identity of the Daniels Creek community.
