Daniel’s Creek Clubhouse is an 11,068-square-foot community facility designed by South Florida Architecture to serve a master-planned residential development. The program includes a fitness center with aerobics space, multipurpose event room, conference room, social room, administrative offices, and support areas including restrooms and storage. A breezeway connection links the clubhouse to an outdoor pavilion and pool amenities. The design emphasizes clear circulation, life-safety compliance, and functional separation between recreation and operational spaces.
