Turnleaf Amenity Center is a residential community project in Punta Gorda, Florida featuring open-air pavilions, a centralized mail facility, and a multi-court pickleball complex integrated within a coordinated site plan. The architecture incorporates exposed timber framing, stone base elements, and deep roof overhangs with climate-responsive shading suited to a subtropical environment. Structures are organized to promote pedestrian flow between pool areas, recreation courts, and gathering spaces while emphasizing durable, low-maintenance materials compatible with regional design.

  • Community clubhouse totaling approximately 5,492 sq ft

  • Fitness and flex training space with open trellis connection

  • Social room with direct access to covered patio

  • Administrative office, storage, mechanical, and support areas

  • Men’s and women’s restrooms with central circulation layout

  • 1,909 sq ft accessory amenity structures including:

  • Mail room facility

  • Pickleball pavilion with open patio and restrooms

  • Pool and dining pavilion with covered seating area
